1. About this policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we recognize the importance of protecting personally identifiable information collected about you. We've developed this policy in hopes that we'll be able to strike a balance between our legitimate interests and your reasonable expectations of privacy. GoHikeUtah.com collects personally identifiable information for site logins and hiking/outdoor recommendations, etc.
2. Terms of usage
Users must be at least 14 years of age to create a user account on GoHikeUtah.com. We encourage parents to be involved with their children's online activities and be aware of the sites in which they are involved. If it becomes known or is requested by a parent that a GoHikeUtah.com user does not meet our age requirements, we reserve the right to delete/disable said user's account immediately.

5. Future agreement.
GoHikeUtah and/or this website may be sold at a future date and time; and is not able to guarantee how an acquiring company may choose to use the information they obtain as a part of that acquisition.
Since our websites are growing at a rapid pace and we need to maintain flexibility as we participate in the online space, we may need to change or update our privacy policy in the future. If that is necessary, we will post changes as soon as they go into effect.
